Return Policy

At Suki’s Art UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the unique and artistic nature of our acrylic paintings on canvas, we only accept returns in the following cases: The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery. The wrong item was sent. To be eligible for a return: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sukisartuae@gmail.com with:

Your name

Order number

Details of the issue (including photos if the item is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for: Custom or personalized artwork Items that have been used or altered Sale items or discounted purchases

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process, and we will issue a refund once the return is confirmed.

6. Shipping Issues

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Criteria for Lost Orders

Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following with your customer:

  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete.
  • You have contacted your local post office or the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order.
  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date (remember, the lost order claim must be submitted within 30 days of this date).
  • There are no recent updates from the shipping carrier in the tracking link.
